The story of Maxvel Catering began with a dream and relentless dedication. Maxim Velmakin, unable to find work as a chef, started baking bread and selling it to his neighbors. His first major step into catering took place in Larnaca, where he organized an event and single-handedly prepared food for 95 guests. This experience led to his first private chef orders and, later, to the creation of Maxvel Kitchen—a space where guests not only enjoy delicious meals but also take part in the cooking process.
Maxim’s core philosophy is genuine hospitality and a passion for making celebrations truly special through high-quality, flavorful food. The company’s signature style is live-fire cooking, where dishes are prepared right in front of guests. Large skillets, grills, ovens, and cauldrons transform cooking into an exciting culinary show.
Quality control is a key aspect of Maxvel Catering’s work. Strict standards are set from the procurement stage, and each event has dedicated professionals overseeing every process. However, the heart of the company is its team—people who truly love their craft and care about their guests.
